I called to see a home in the $5 million price range and the woman never called me back. I guess she didn’t take me seriously after asking a few questions about where I currently lived and how much I knew about Hidden Hills. Sad to see that they were too judgmental and in change missed out on a nice commission.

Tara listen to everything we asked of her, and got the house sold within 3 days with multiple offers. It was tougher we couldn't do an open house at the time but she's still got it sold it for over the ask exactly what we wanted.

We worked with Tara Rose to both sell our property and purchase the new home. Every single part of the experience was personal, professional, exceptional. To get us to the sale of our home, she advised us wisely and appropriately based on our needs every step of the way, and ultimately, she got us more money on the sale of our home than we every thought we would. It was seamless. Purchasing a new home throughout this competitive buyer's market with a pending vacancy date was cause for anxiety. She secured a living arrangement for part of the interim period, and was ferocious about reaching out to everyone she and her group knew to see what was coming up. In the initial thrust of Covid, I put my lake house that I treasured on the market. I chose Dana Olmes as my realtor. First because I have known her a long time and know she is someone I could trust. She is the one who sold me my lake house in the first place in 1995. So it was a given that I would reach out to her again for this new venture. I knew I would get honesty and a no pressure attitude. It was a crazy time to think of selling, but I knew if anyone could do it, she could.
